Make yourself at home
"Our desire and passion is to provide you with a safe and authentic space to meet with the Living God. To discover that He can make the most profound impact on your life and change everything in and around you "
How do I find you?
Where can I park?
We are located on Stewart Avenue in Bo'ness at the top of School Brae and just below the town hall. To see our full address, postcode and map please click here.
There are some spaces in front of the church for those with mobility issues however there is also plenty of parking nearby, either on Stewart Avenue or in the town hall car park.
When do you meet?
On Sunday the main meeting is at 11am but you are welcome to come early for a cup of tea of coffee.
On Wednesday evenings we tend to meet at 7.30pm
Do I need a Bible?
What should I wear?
Can I bring my children?
No, though please feel free to bring one if you have your own (even if it is on your smartphone or tablet). We have Bibles that you can use, and are happy to gift one to you if you would like a copy.
We care about you more than about what you wear. You will find that some people here dress casually, some smartly. It's very individual and we want you to feel comfortable.
Yes, we love children at Riverview Church so please do bring them along. Children will stay in the main meeting for the first part of the meeting and then go out to their own 'Kids Church'
What are the meetings like?
We're not going to lie - if you've never been to church before it might seem a bit weird.
Basically we like to sing, pray, read the Bible and talk about Jesus. Don't worry, you'll always receive a warm welcome and find someone who can answer any questions you might have. Services typically last for an hour and a half, they are quite relaxed and you can always get a cuppa before or after the service.
I have further questions.
If you do have any further questions please do call us or send an email using the field at the bottom of the page. Alternatively feel free to ask someone on the welcome team or leadership team on a Sunday morning.
